The Handbook provides a theoretical foundation for understanding generational diversity in the workplace, bringing together research and insights on the key themes that shape collaboration between different generations. The Handbook is based on transnational research conducted across the five partner countries and explores how four generations — Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z — experience today’s world of work.Rather than reinforcing generational stereotypes, the aim is to provide an evidence-based knowledge base that helps organisations, trainers and adult educators better understand intergenerational dynamics and foster more inclusive and collaborative workplaces.

Self-Assessment Test
Measure your awareness of generational diversity and your ability to manage intergenerational dynamics inclusively. The test consists of 10 questions randomly selected from our research-based question pool, covering all five thematic areas.
We recommend completing the test before and after exploring the Handbook to track your progress.
